An Interview and Something New

Hi! How are you?

For a variety of reasons, things have gotten really busy and my little ole blog has been neglected. I wanted to let you know that I am indeed still alive and kicking, and will soon have some brand new products to share with you. (See the sneak peek above!)

Keeping it Indie Blog Interview

Greetings friends! How are you?

I'm excited and honored to be the featured artist on the Keeping it Indie blog.  There's a cute little interview and some of my artwork featured.

Brandi, the woman behind this fab blog is an old Etsy pal of mine.  In her Sweet Harvey shop, she creates all sorts of beautiful letterpress cards, screen printed textiles and illustrations.  Please patronize her shop!

I'm working hard on a big new piece. Hopefully I'll have something to show you soon.

In the News

Today, I was the featured artist in the Rockford Register Star "Go" section. The interview was completed ages ago and I had almost lost hope that it was going to get published. So, it was a total surprise when I opened the paper this morning. Gotta love free publicity! I rushed home from school today to start a new piece. This small success is has given me the boost I needed to get back to work with my scissors and glue.

Going Home to Roost Interview!

Hi! Another beautiful summer day here. Sunny and bright and a refreshing cool breeze in the air. San Diego weather! This must be why my brother has no intentions on moving away from his Ocean Beach, San Diego home.
